Official delegations
The Government of the State of Qatar will provide an official accommodation of ten rooms for each delegation in a five-star hotel, including one suite for the president and another for the Foreign Ministers and eight rooms including two 4 bed rooms for accompanying guards (Max. 8 persons).
The Government of the State of Qatar will cover the costs of accommodation, meals and dry cleaning.
